I'm one to never write a review but my experience with Stylevana was beyond terrible that I felt others should know so that they can shop with caution.
Like many other complaints, I too also had a product out of stock and only after waiting a month later to contact them (email only, no phone number) and find out I have to wait another 3 weeks (estimated) to have my order complete for shipping. Unacceptable! I asked them to remove the 1 product so that they can ship out the rest of my order. Which after several emails they finally agreed but will charge me for shipping because I no longer qualify for free shipping. FINE, if you're going to be so petty. After a week I received an email with tracking number. Finally you think you’ll get the order soon. Nope! After two weeks I checked the tracking number and the status remaind at waiting for package information. I waited one more week,still no status change. Finally, I contact customer service and almost 5 days later to get a respond back and was told they will investigate with the shipper.. Full stop. Another 3 days passed sent an email to follow-up and asking to cancel my order for a full refund. That's when they finally replied and offer a credit in a form of coupon.
I didn't want to deal with the back and forth so I accepted the coupon. I tried to repurchase same items from previous order and at check out the coupon code didn't work. Sent and email and was informed the items I selected were not eligible because they were on sale! OMG!!!! I email to as them to reconsider as their coupon stipulation is unreasonable. Ultimately this is a credit owned why should there be restrictions on how I want to use my credit. I get it to not combine with another coupon codes (which is somewhat reasonable) But to restrict what I can and cannot purchase is beyond me. I asked for a contact person, phone number and email address to someone who can make an executive decision and they just dance around my request.
I pretty much gave up on them and file a dispute with the credit card company instead. I placed my order back on Feb 12, 2021 til today (April 23) this is still not resolved.
This company is unethical and completely lack customer service.

I put my first order with them last January 26 2021. So far until this time I haven’t receive any of my items. They are saying 1 item isn’t available on stock. But when I shopped online from their website it says all of them are AVAILABLE. Misleading information. Very bad shopping experience. Not so happy at all!

Great variety of products and plenty of…

Great variety of products and plenty of good deals on the site. A must for any K beauty lover <3 Quick delivery too considering how far products have to come from :-) will definitely use again!

I placed and paid for an order on 9/04

I placed and paid for an order on 9/04. I am still yet to receive the order. if you don't want the goods for a month then this site has good prices.....but then if you do then this place isn't for you.
They let you order items which are out of stock then hold your whole order till the stock arrives. They wont advise on website it is out of stock and then they wont do partial shipment either of the items in stock then another shipment of out of stock item once arrived. I tried to cancel my order they take 3 days to reply and then they tell you the order is on hold. They try to give you 10% off your order or free samples (both pointless imo as they always have discounts on and you dont know what samples). They are not proactive in advising you what is going on with the order and you will only have any info on it if you contact them and if they reply.

Easy to browse website

Easy to browse website, will see about shipping time and product quality when I receive my order. The prices are reasonable and there’s lots of selection.

I made two orders on 2/5/2021 - That was a TOTAL MISTAKE! Now, I am filing a dispute charge against them because they are selling things what they don't have, then withholding your money and keeping on making wishful "promises."
If you made pmt via your credit card, you have only up to two months to file a dispute charge, and hopefully to get your money back as what I am trying to do.
Also, I just received another order after filing a dispute charge. They sent me four times less quantity than what is listed on their website. I bought Kose Masks-4 pcs each (you can find it on their website); they sent me each piece counted as one unit and not each box.

To conclude, be aware and DO NOT buy here! There are many truthy and helpful reviews about this business. So, please read them before it's too late!

Canceled Order

They canceled my order because of a system error and apparently they "upgraded" my account. They didn't even mention how long it would take for the system error to end. However, I don't even see any upgrades on my account. The prices are constantly fluctuating and seem to be increasing and decreasing at insane amounts. Customer service is also terrible.

Too much waiting & not happy

Really happy with my order

I am really happy with my order! I was a little bit nervous about this website but after the first order I can definitely say I will order again. It didn't take to long to arrive in Ireland, brilliant prices (compared with other places where I found the SPF) and good service.

Stylevana Review

Stylevana is an online website that sells a wide range of Korean beauty products, mainly makeup and skincare. Full review can be found on my YouTube channel linked in my page bio!

- Website: very easy to navigate and find exactly what you are looking for
- Product selection: has a very large selection of products, and carries a lot of popular Korean brands for both makeup and skincare (eg. COSRX, Iunik, Benton, Klairs, 3CE, etude house, romand). You can probably find what you are looking for on their website
- Price range: very affordable, prices are generally lower on Stylevana compared to those found on other websites that also sell Korean beauty products
- Shipping: ships internationally, shipping time is quite fast

They Don't Answer Emails&They Will De-Value Any Coupon Code You Enter

Update: It's been over 2 months since I ordered, they dropped an item off my order claiming it's out of stock and they supposedly have no clue when it will be back then a few days later they said the other items in my order were out of stock and will be back 6 days ago. I have emailed them several times and they refuse to answer me at all. Their customer service people are very rude and will never help you at all with your order. They just don't care.My first order with them came very fast within a couple weeks, to impress a new customer but if you are not online influencer that places a huge order and brag online about them then they could care less about you and your order.If you have a coupon code for anything above 10% it won't matter because when you enter the code into their website, their website will knock the code's value down to 10%. They will not honor a code above 10%. Try it, you will see what I'm talking about. I don't deal with shady businesses so I won't be putting up with their B. S anymore. K and J Beauty is superior. Everyone knows that but they charge way too much for tiny sized products. They should also let people have free shipping after a $25-30 threshhold.$50 threshhold is just greedy with all the money they are making. Something just as good or better will come along to knock them off their arrogant high horse and then maybe they will change their ways.It's just a matter of time. I thought better of them because they were so good with the first order but WoW they sure proved me wrong. Shop elsewhere and save yourself the grief.
